Jackson Pleas Guilty to Conspiracy Charge
The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Christopher Don Jackson, 44, of Sallisaw, entered a guilty plea to conspiracy, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 474, punishable by not more than 5 years imprisonment, a fine up to $250,000 or both; and to possession of counterfeit obligation of the United States, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 474(a) and 2, punishable by not more than 25 years imprisonment, a fine up to $250,000, or both.
