Spiritual growth and natural growth are very similar, naturally if a child doesn’t grow physically or mentally they will be very limited as to what they could accomplish in life. You, as a parent, wouldn’t be able to do the things with them you desire if they never grew. For example you couldn’t even carry on an adult conversation with them.
