Kenyatta Wright, left, was sworn in by Vian Mayor Dennis Fletcher to the Vian Board of Trustees last Monday night at their regular meeting. Wright, a former professional football player for the Buffalo Bills and a native of Vian is a businessman who also donates his time with different projects to help the youth in Vian and volunteers his time to help coach the Vian Wolverines football team, E.O. Smith, Jr., a Vian City and Cherokee Nation Councilman said. “We’re happy to have him aboard. Kenyatta will be a great asset to the Town of Vian,” Smith said.
