Drug Forfeiture Presented to Sheriff

District Attorney, Jack Thorpe, left, recently presented Sequoyah County Sheriff Larry Lane, Jr. with a check for $29,900 collected from drug forfeiture cases that the sheriff’s office has recently resolved. Lane said the sheriff’s office uses these funds to pay for vehicles, equipment and training.
