TULSA–After trailing 34-8 at the half, Class 2A No. 1 Vian scored 14 unanswered points in the first six minutes of the third period on Friday night inside Metro Christian Stadium but the comeback fell short as the No. 7 Patriots hung on for a 34-22 third-round playoff win over the Wolverines.
