I-40 Shooter is apprehended in Texas

A 27-year-old man wanted by local and state authorities for shooting three people on July 17 is now in custody after being apprehended in Dallas, Tex., around 4 p.m. Thursday, thanks to a tip sent to the OSBI tipline, according to an update released by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI).
