Heather Seay of Vian won the crossbow raffle put on by Sallisaw Boy Scout Troop 731. Seay said she gave it to her 12-year-old daughter as a surprise, who will take it hunting with her aunt and uncle. Seay bought her ticket from Scout Mason Duke. Troop 731 raised the money to pay for the scouts’ annual dues.
