A couple from Texas who had a flat tire between Vian and Gore on U.S. Interstate-40 last month are now facing charges of unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia after the man reportedly asked to pay for the tire repair with methamphetamine.
