A man with addresses listed in both Vian and Muldrow who was reportedly arrested last week for alleged stolen property and drugs is now facing felony charges of kidnapping and assault, battery, or assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, after allegedly zip-tying a woman’s wrist and shooting at her after she ran into the woods.
