Asecond-half turnaround, Big 12 Championship, trip to the Men’s College World Series and a berth in the MCWS finals produced a 2022 Oklahoma baseball season to remember. The Sooners took the hard road in the postseason, spending the final six weeks away from home, including the Big 12 Championship, the NCAA Gainesville Regional, the NCAA Blacksburg Super Regional and the College World Series in Omaha, Neb. OU finished the season as Big 12 tournament champions and national runner-up with a 45-24 overall record and a 15-9 mark in Big 12 Conference play.
