The Vian Livestock Booster Club hosted a hotdog luncheon to Vian’s FFA & 4-H members on Saturday. The booster club wanted to celebrate the kids’ hard work during this year’s 58th Sequoyah County Livestock Show. Misty Kisselburg and Gill Risley presented each student that showed with a check to help reimburse some of the financial expenses that it takes to raise an animal. This could not have been possible without the help of local sponsors and people who willingly supported the program. The kids, parents, Mr. & Mrs. Trotter and the booster club are very appreciative for everyone who donated, helped, supported and sponsored the students who showed livestock. The students will be participating in Regionals Feb. 27 through March 4 in Muskogee. Many will then go on to compete in OKlahoma Youth Expo in Oklahoma City.
