John 6:70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil? I am convinced that there is a devil for every group that is trying to do something for the LORD. The word means false accuser, devil, and/or slanderer. It comes from the Greek word Diabolos. This Greek word is used 35 times in the New Testament and this word is used to describe Satan several times especially in Revelation 20:10 “And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.”
