OKLAHOMA CITY – Queen for Cash was the predominant 4-5 favorite in the open allowance feature race for Paints and Appaloosas on Sunday, but the 5-year-old Appaloosa mare had to work for her sixth win at Remington Park. WF High Gear (5-1 odds) pushed Queen for Cash to the limit, closing strongly from the outside as the queen of the Apps raced down the middle of the track. In the end, jockey Roman Cruz gave Queen for Cash one more shove at the wire and she got her nose down to finish a head in front of WF High Gear for the win.
