Vian FFA Members were up early and kicked off the spring season for career development events by attending Eastern Oklahoma State College’s FFA Interscholastic Contest last week. Students competed in Ag Communications, Homesite Evaluation, Land Judging, and Soil & Water Conservation Contests. Results are as follows: Soil & Water-First Place Team, Jathan Brockman, First High Individual; Sr. Land Judging-First Place Team, Autumn Richey, First High Individual; Jr. Land Judging-Third Place Team; Homesite Evaluation-Second Place Team, Autumn Richey, Third High Individual; and Ag Communications- Seventh Place.
