Charles L. Hensley

Sallisaw – Charles L. Hensley, 84, of Sallisaw, died on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, in Sallisaw. He was born on Jan. 25, 1939, in Redding, Calif., to James Hensley and Alice (Nance) Hensley.

No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

He was an iron worker. He married Charlotte Goodwin on Aug. 18, 1957, in Tulsa.

Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Hensley of the home; two daughters, Pam Bennett of Mounds and Rhonda McCombs of Muldrow; four brothers; two sisters; two grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Kenneth and David Hensley.
