Survivors include his children, Terri Hoffman of Wynnewood, Loretta Miles of Orange, Texas, Ricky Brewster of Lindsay, Lisa Snell of Orange, Elaine Brewster of Greenwood, Ark., Leroy Anderson of Rosedale, Roy Anderson, Lavone Anderson and Ronnie Anderson; one brother, Wilburn Anderson of Alabama; one sister, Gloria Callie of Vian; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Sammy Lee Anderson; and one daughter, Kathy Rodriquez.
Services for George Leroy Anderson Sr., 91, were Monday, March 20, 2023, under the direction of Wilbourn Family Funeral Home of Lindsay.
Mr. Anderson was born on Sept. 28, 1931, in Bunch to Willie Thomas Anderson and Maggie (Ollis) Anderson. He died on March 4, 2023, in Lindsay.
