Hello again and welcome to our news. June is here and that means Father’s Day, Flag Day and summer temperatures on the rise. We will be celebrating all of these. You know us, any reason to celebrate. We will be hosting a Dad and Dogs Father’s Day with brats, hotdogs and potato and macaroni salads. All of these were per our dads requests. We will follow with ice cream sundaes for dessert.

For Flag Day we will be making a Flag Day cake decorated with blueberries and raspberries. Should be fun and yummy.

As for the warm temperatures we are thinking maybe a squirt gun fight to help cool us off and great way to liven up a day.

Today we played balloon swat with Meagan and had a great time. It’s always fun when Meagan visits. We have several new activities we will be trying out this month. We will be doing armchair travels. We will travel to a different location each time and they will get a passport complete with stamps for each visit. Should be informative and a lot of fun.

We are also going to make clay pots. We have not worked with clay before, so it should be fun. We are glad to have Price’s Chapel on our schedule and the residents are so excited to have you here.
