Raymond and Ruby Pigeon of Vian, who operate a free clothes closet out of their residence at 215 S. Suzanne Street, said they are currently in need of clothing donations and items to give to burnout victims.

She said they are low on new, used and gently- worn clothing donations and would like to get restocked before summer and the new school year hits.

“We haven’t had many donations lately, they seem to be down more than usual,” she said. “Anyone who wants to donate items can leave them outside our residence.”

The couple also supplies needed items for people who have lost their homes to fire, including household items.
