Sallisaw – Hoppy Lockhart, 37, of Sallisaw, died on Saturday, July 15, 2023, in Sallisaw. He was born on Aug. 25, 1985, in Sallisaw to Heath Duane Lockhart and Donna Jean (Taylor) Lockhart.

No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

He was a former healthcare coordinator at People Inc.

He married Jacquelne Nicole Garland on March 17, 2017, in Sallisaw.

Survivors include his wife, Jacquelne Lockhart of the home; one son, Leeland of the home; father and step-mother, Heath and Debbie Lockhart of Fort Smith, Ark.; step-sister, Alicia Clack of Fort Smith; and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother.
