Sallisaw – Memorial services for Euna Jeannette Fields, 69, of Sallisaw, were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw. Cremation was under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Fields was born on Jan. 28, 1954, in Oklahoma City to Truman Woody and Alpha B. (Cullum) Woody. She died on Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2023, in Gore.
She was a seamstress, a cook at Central Public School and worked at the Sallisaw Nutrition Center. She enjoyed sewing and cooking for family and friends.
She married J.C. Fields on July 9, 2002, in Las Vegas. He preceded her in death on Sept. 26, 2017.
Survivors include three stepdaughters, Mary Jean and David Massengale of Spiro, Johnnie Larae and David Lumbley of Karnak, Ill., and Donna Kay and Mark Schofield of Stroud; two brothers, Newton Woody of Spenser and Dewey and Annie Woody of Delaware, Ark.; two sons-in-law, Jerry Crase of Bokoshe and Charles Allen of Sallisaw; one daughterin- law, Jennifer and Steven Ohler of Sallisaw; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Jessica Crase; one son, Kennith Reed; and one stepdaughter, Alene Allen.
