Gore School retirees met at Gambino’s Pizza in Gore on August 14. “We try to meet the first day the teachers have to report back,” Carla McCoy said. This year there were 23 retirees in attendance. The retirees have been meeting for eight years, missing three because of the pandemic. “All seemed to enjoy visiting and catching up with each other,” McCoy said.
