Tai Chi classes at Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library
Tai Chi for Balance is a 12-week class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning at 2 pm. Tai Chi is slow, continuous movement designed to help older adults increase balance and flexibility.
The Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative and Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library are providing this free class, which began August 1 and ends October 19.
