Carl Albert State College (CASC) recently announced they have been awarded a grant from the U.S. Department of Education through its Native American Serving Non-Tribal Institutions (NASNTI) program for programming support for online students. CASC will partner with Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College to facilitate the grant. This grant will support efforts toward strengthening institutional capacity to use data to support online student success, foster positive outcomes related to student persistence, retention, and completion, and underscore elements of the CASC Strategic Plan related to preparing students for success, fostering a safe and conducive learning environment, and overall institutional assessment.
“We are proud to partner NEO for another year on an outstanding grant program,” President Jay Falkner, said. “A rising tide raises all ships and we feel fortunate to have excellent working relationships with our fellow institutions; we can work collectively toward ensuring student success.”
