On Nov. 14, two new members of the Vian Police Department were sworn in by Judge Cripps. The two officers, Johnny Turner and KD Graham, took their Oath of Office and Code of Ethics, becoming official members of the Vian Police Department family. “These documents are a symbol of what we stand for and a mainstay in our identity,” Vian Police Chief Mark Harkins said. “Welcome to the family and thank you each for your service.” Pictured from the left is Chief Harkins, Officer Turner, Officer Graham and Capt.
