During last Monday night’s monthly meeting of the Vian Board of Trustees, Mayor Dennis Fletcher (right), the board of trustees, and town administrator Keith Boshers presented the Honorable Larry Vickers (left) with a Glock 22 Gen 5 with the engraving “Defending Vian, 18 years of service.” On one handle, it shows the Vian water tower and on the other, Lady Justice. Vickers retired after 18 years of service to become a prosecutor in another county. The town wishes him the best and thanks him greatly for his dedicated years of service.
