Sallisaw – Graveside services for Lucy L. Webber, 87, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, at Redbird Smith Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Webber was born on Jan. 13, 1936, in Claremore to Stokes Smith and Lilah (Mc-Coy) Smith. She died on Friday, Nov. 24, 2023, in Vian.
She was an LPN at Sequoyah Memorial Hospital for 45 years, and she also served as an interpreter there. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
She married Lee Roy Webber Sr. on June 30, 1961, in Stigler. He preceded her in death on June 12, 1994.
Survivors include three daughters, Barbara and Rick Bush of Sallisaw, Charlotte Bush of Tahlequah and Valerie and Raymond Coday Jr. of Vian; three sons, Larry Webber and Walter Webber both of Tahlequah and Lee Roy Webber Jr. of Vian; one brother, Croslin Smith of Vian; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Christine Fields and Lavada Wildcat; and four brothers, Junior Smith, William Smith, Manuel Smith and Bennie Smith.
