Sallisaw – Funeral services for Josh McInerney, 40, of Sallisaw, were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2023, at Seventh Day Adventist Church in Sallisaw.

Cremation was under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

Mr. McInerney was born on Aug. 19, 1983, in Tahlequah to Michael Wayne McInerney and Lisa Dawn (Curry) Mc-Inerney. He died on Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, in Sallisaw. He was a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being with his family.

Survivors include one son, Landon Sate McInerney of Vian; one daughter, Lily Adafaye McInerney of Sallisaw; his parents, of Sallisaw; one brother, Jeremy McInerney of Sallisaw; and other family members and friends.

Pallbearers were Jeremy McInerney, Steffan Christie, Tony Renfro, Christopher Henning, Jacob Henning, Jamie Robertson and Weston McInerney.
