Funeral services for Wanda (Timmerman) Maldonado, 79, of Barling, Ark., were held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
Private burial was at Buffington Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mrs. Maldonado was born on June 5, 1944, in Sallisaw, to Vivian Marie (Taylor) Timmerman and Kenneth Dale Timmerman. She died on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, in Sallisaw.
She was married to Alfred Maldonado on Sept. 5, 1993.
She was a housekeeper and of the Holiness faith. Survivors are husband, Alfred of the home; one son, Clint Wade Timmerman and wife Kelli of Sallisaw; one daughter, Kelly Jean Adkins and husband Kyle of Clinton, Mo.; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three sisters, Martha Timmerman of Sallisaw, Linda Myers and companion Skip Duty of Sallisaw, and Kathy Andrews and husband Tommy of Claremore; one brother, Jimmie Timmerman and wife Belinda of Sallisaw; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Pallbearers were Brandon Myers, Brian Andrews, Nate Andrews, Brad Timmerman, Tommy Taylor Jr. and Clint Timmerman.
