Kye McKenzie Barnes, an eighth grader at Vian Middle School, placed first and won gold at this event in Bars, Beam and All-Around at the All Star State Silver event that was held last weekend in Arkansas. She is a member of the group Xcel Silver which is part of Didions Athletics Company from Van Buren, Ark. Kye also won state champ for having the highest scores all season.
