Funeral services for Wilburn Lee, 83, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024, at Calvary Temple Church in Sallisaw. Burial followed at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mr. Lee was born on April 5, 1942, in Sallisaw, to Jewel (McClure) Lee and John Spy Lee. He died on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, in Sallisaw.
He was married to Kay Lee on Dec. 11, 2020, in Sallisaw.
He was the former owner of Lee’s Tire and owner of WL Ranch.
Survivors are wife, Kay of the home; two sons, Marlon Lee and Darrin Lee, both of Sallisaw; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harrell Lee and Margie of Sallisaw and Ronnie Lee and Janice of Hobbs, N.M.; one sister, Wanda Einhorn of Sallisaw; and several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cindy Lee; two sons, Dwain Lee and Jeff Lee; one grandson, Derek Lee; first wife, Melva L. Glasgow; second wife of 46 years, Sue Lee; his parents; one brother, Herbert Lee; and one sister, Iva Kirkpatrick.
Pallbearers were Alan Lee, John Lee, Kyle Lee, Chayson Cole, Allen Stewart and Andrew Olsen.
Honorary pallbearers were the men of Muldrow Eastside Holiness Church, Landen Lee, Camden Lee, Asher Olsen and Larry Swanson.
