The town of Gore will host a “Gory Gore” Halloween Parade at dusk on Oct. 26, which will also include costume contests for both humans and pets, and a trunk or treat.
The walking parade will start at Town Hall and end at Summer’s Ferry where participants can then join in on trunk or treat and a bonfire.
Everyone is invited to participate, including churches, businesses, school groups, and individuals.
Participants are asked to be at Summer’s Ferry no later than 5:45 p.m. to help with set-up.
No vehicles will be allowed in the park after that time to ensure the safety of parade participants.
To set up for trunk or treat or for more info, contact Gore Clerk Lisa Settlemyre at 918489-2636 or lsettlemyre@townofgoreok.gov.
