Funeral services for Ronald England, 75, of Roland, were held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024, at Eastside Freewill Baptist Church in Muldrow. Burial followed at Peters Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mr. England was born on Aug. 6, 1949, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Luve (McCarley) England and Ernest True England. He died on Sunday, Oct. 20, 2024, in Fort Smith.
He was married to Eugenia Willene Edwards on Sept. 14, 1990, in Fort Smith. She preceded him in death on Sept. 13, 2020.
He was the owner and operator of A.C. Solutions Heating & Air.
Survivors are two daughters, Renee and Dave Hyles of Roland and Leota Evidson of Tulsa; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Michelle McFarland of Sallisaw; one brother, Gerald England of Bakersfield, Calif.; and numerous other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by one greatgrandson, Grayson; his parents; and two brothers, Lowell England and Jerry England.
Pallbearers were Jacob McElhaney, Nick Barnes, Brandon “Tim” Lopez, Alex Hardin, Randall Fletcher and Josh Bramlett.
Honorary pallbearers were Danny Long, Russell Hardin, Robert Maxwell and his right-hand man, Shawn.
