An Edmond man was pronounced deceased at the scene following an Oct. 27 accident, about six miles north of Gore.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported the accident happened at about 2:30 a.m. on U.S. Hwy. 100 at E. 984 Rd. but the cause remains under investigation.
Trooper Preston Smith #795 of the Sequoyah County Detachment of Troop C said Ethan Williams, 19, was driving a 2012 Mazda and was pronounced deceased on the scene by medical personnel.
The trooper reported Williams was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
Smith was assisted by the Sequoyah County Sheriff ’s Office, Paradise Hill Fire Department, and Pafford EMS.
