Gore Public School’s 4-H and Cloverbuds had the honor of hosting two special guests at their November meeting, Dea Smith and Sharon Duke, who shared their talents and passion with the youth.
4-H members and Cloverbuds had a blast learning the art of cookie decorating and had hands-on fun preparing their very own mini pizzas! It’s opportunities like these that allow our young members to not only develop new skills, but also build confidence, teamwork, and creativity in a positive and supportive environment.
A big thank you to Dea and Sharon for taking the time to lead such a fun and educational experience.
4-H is all about empowering young people to become leaders in their communities by fostering skills in areas like agriculture, science, leadership, and so much more. Through activities like the one held this month, 4-H members not only gain knowledge but also build lasting friendships, develop strong values, and grow into the leaders of tomorrow.
It’s local supporters like Dea and Sharon, and so many others who make it possible for these experiences to happen.
