Ramblin’ Ricky Napper, 45, of Vian, Okla., passed away on December 5, 2024. He was born on February 24, 1979, in Marion, Ohio to Doris June (Fulton) Kline and Ricky Eugene Napper.
Ricky was married to Lori (Ball) Napper. He worked as a store manager and was of the Christian faith. Ricky had a deep passion for cars and motorcycles and a huge love for Vian.
Ricky is survived by his wife, Lori; two daughters, Gretchen Napper of Oklahoma City, Okla. and Madalin Napper of the home; one son, Mason Napper of the home; and his three grandchildren.
Ricky is also survived by his brother, Dale Napper of Ohio; three sisters, Amy Skaggs Stovall of Lake Tenkiller, Okla., Erica Napper of Ohio, and Kristina Elizabeth Shipley of Ohio; and his father, Ricky Napper, Sr. of Marion, Ohio.
Other surviving family include his aunt, Hazel Taylor and Les of Muldrow, Okla.; uncle, Eddie Fulton; and several other relatives and friends.
Ricky was preceded in death by his mother; one daughter, Kyra Stoner; and his grandmother, Eva Louise Rose Minnier.
A memorial service to celebrate Ricky’s life will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Okla.
