Stephanie L. Rodgers, a/k/a Larsen, 40, of Oklahoma City and formerly of Vian, has entered a guilty plea to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Oklahoma.
The indictment alleged that on or about Aug. 19, 2024, Rodgers knowingly and intentionally possessed methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, intending to distribute it.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office.
The Honorable D. Edward Snow, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a pre-sentence investigation report.
Rodgers was remanded into the custody of U.S. Marshals Service pending sentencing.
