Judy Hendrix Phillips

April 3, 1950 – Jan. 27, 2025

Judy Hendrix Phillips, 74, of Sallisaw, died on Monday, Jan. 27, 2025, in Sallisaw. She was born on April 3, 1950, in Gans to Louis Grady Hendrix and Dollie Mae (Pitts) Hendrix.

No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

She was a homemaker. She married James O. Phillips on Dec. 24, 1971, in Muldrow. He preceded her in death on Jan. 17, 2018.

Survivors include one daughter, Jennifer and Ron Taylor of Sallisaw; one son, Eric and Tammy Phillips of Gans; six grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Mark Phillips.
