Coskren visits Gore Elementary

Third, fourth and fifth grade students at Gore Elementary were recently visited by Channel 8 meteorologist Kevin Coskren. Coskren provided an educational presentation to the students regarding the composition of storms, the EF scale and its determinants, severe weather safety precautions, and various weather-related concerns. Students who accurately responded to weatherrelated questions received assorted Channel 8 goodies.
