Virginia Depew Yracheta

March 20, 1942 – March 8, 2025

Rosary and funeral mass for Virginia (Depew) Yracheta, 82, of Sallisaw were held at 12:30 and 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sallisaw.

Burial was at Arroyo Grande Cemetery in Arroyo Grande, Calif.

She worked as a preschool teacher in Oceano, Calif.

Survivors include her husband, Julio of the home; son, Emilio S. Yracheta of Nipomo, Calif.; three daughters, Yolanda G. Garcia and Robert of Nipomo, Stella R. Carreras and David of Arroyo Grande and Andrea S. Guerrero and Chris of Sallisaw; sister, Ruby Moreno of Oceano; brother, Jerry Depew of Reno, Nev.; six grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Julie Yracheta; and siblings, Michael Depew, Johnny Depew, Lucy Trejo, Della Sanchez, Edward Depew, Albert Jr. Depew and Irene Villarreal.
